The Week in Pictures for Jan. 23: Bobbie Moulton of Orange (not pictured) sits alongside his son, Jacob, 4, with photos of his son, Troy, that died in a house fire in Milton with his two step-brothers and grandmother in 1999. A judge ruled that Eric Williams, convicted on four counts of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 40-60 years in prison, had ineffective representation from attorney Jerry Schwarz during the sentencing hearing.
